Q. What does “Joint Tenancy” mean?
A. It means that all of the tenants in an apartment are equally responsible for the entire amount of the rent. A. We ask that regular maintenance issues be reported during our office hours of 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. In case of emergency, the office phones will be transferred to a representative’s cell phone. Please be advised that after hours calls must be for emergencies only and will be treated as such. Misuse of this service may involve an assessment of charges.
Q. When is notice required for renewals?
A. All of our lessees are required to notify our office by February 1 of intention to stay or move. Therefore, we start leasing for the new term in mid-February. Please note, while our properties operate on the "student cycle" in most cases, (August to July leasing), we are not student housing.
